into the wild

Check out this review of the film from Rolling Stone. I'm especially interested in how you respond to Travers' final statement. And, take a look at A. O. Scott's review for The New York Times. I like his discussion of Chris in the context of Thoreau and his Transcendental friends.

Thanks for linking up my article. Always love the more literary side of things. I actually studied English, Creative Writing, and Journalism in college--so we share a common interest. Keep up the great work.

Chris' story is tragedy in it's grandest form. Does make one think, though.
